Bring an existing business

Already working in the trade? Explore whether a brand, shared systems, and business support fit your operation. Any conversion or expansion is subject to review and the applicable agreement.

Talk about your business

Some owners deliver the service themselves. Others lead a team. Every business needs a capable day-to-day operating lead and an owner actively managing its performance.

The details to work through

A brand is only part of the decision. Your investment, market, and operating plan need to fit together.

Investment & requirements

Requirements vary by brand, equipment, operating format, and your existing resources. Review the current Franchise Disclosure Document for the brand you’re considering, including startup investment and ongoing fees.

Your conversation with us should cover the equipment, training, staffing, and working capital your plan will require.

Common questions

Do I need experience in the trade?

It depends on the brand and your operating plan. We look at your background, willingness to learn, resources, and who will lead the work. Technical training and any brand-specific requirements are part of that discussion.

What support is available?

Shared support includes technical training, operating playbooks, marketing resources, National Sales Center support, Salesforce, reporting, and owner coaching. Services and participation vary by brand and agreement.

Can I own more than one brand or location?

That is part of the platform’s design. Expansion depends on territory availability, operating results, resources, and a capable team. Each opportunity needs to be evaluated together.

Are Wheel Squad and EpoxyMax available now?

Their NTTMB franchise opportunities are coming soon. You can start an early conversation while the programs develop. Wheel Squad’s existing consumer wheel-repair operation is separate from the franchise launch.

What should I prepare for the first conversation?

A little about your background, your preferred market, which brands interest you, and how you see yourself running the business. It is also a chance to ask about investment requirements, training, support, and next steps.
